These lines means we must "fear none and frighten none ". This shows the kind of teachings gurus used to give to the Sikhs of that time . Sikh panth is a faith or a way of life that teaches people not to be afraid of anyone if you are at right path .
Keeping this oath in mind which the Sikhs take witness being their Guru they do a lot of sacrifices for the cause of righteousness , they sacrifice their life even for safegaurding honour and respect of others .
All in all it can be said that a life of a true follower of sikhi of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji is free from malice for anyone and is not led for selfish motives however life of a sikh is meant to live for others and moreover to attain salvation as such . It is well know by the Sikhs who recite Gurbani everday, that Rehras Sahib (an evening prayer ) tells "Bai Prapat Manukh Deh-huriya !!
"Gobind Milan Ki Ehae Teri Variya !! !!"
This means we got human body , because its now the turn of soul to meet the almighty , which was not possible in previous births , as the soul was not able to sing praise of the almighty God .
Thus we can have a clear idea that what Sikhism is all about ?
I hope a bit of idea about this pure religion must be now clear in the minds of all the readers.
